The Trevett Mock Company is a Florida Corporation engaged in real estate investment, development and management activities in rapidly growing Florida and Georgia. The principals of the company are Harry Trevett and Jay Mock, who have over 40-years combined real estate development and management experience within the region. The Trevett Mock Company is aggressively expanding its real estate investment and innovative financial services through focused acquisition, development, marketing, construction and portfolio holdings. The company's diverse mix of real estate operations and financial services will continue to be conducted principally within the Southeastern United States, and generally encompass the following industry activities:

• Raw land acquisitions for fully entitled development and wholesale marketing of residential communities, commercial centers, office parks, and mixed use combinations;

• Portfolio holdings of fully developed income producing properties; and,

• Management services of affiliated and third-party income producing properties.
